Women in Safety and Ethics (WISE) is a global community dedicated to empowering and connecting women pursuing responsible AI advancement across academia, civil society, policy, and industry. Founded by a global, interdisciplinary team of women, WISE launched at the AI Action Summit in February 2025 and has quickly grown into a network of more than 150 members worldwide. 

 

We create spaces where women and nonbinary individuals can expand their professional networks, navigate career transitions, and engage in meaningful conversations about the future of responsible AI. Through in-person events in major cities, partnerships with leading organizations in the responsible AI field, and our vibrant Slack community, WISE fosters lasting connections among underrepresented voices in AI ethics and safety.​
